Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Socks

  Place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy mailing bag, ensuring all tags remain attached for a valid return.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the parcel, and drop it off at your nearest designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 10 business days to your original payment method.
